El Cometa. Walk to the beach!

Spacious one-bedroom condo. Located conveniently close to the beach, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. Local host is a little bit hard to get a hold of but the main host/owner is extremely responsive. The condo property (pool and grounds) are well maintained and most of the condo residents here are renting also. Important to note, if you find yourself not having hot water just make sure the breaker is turned on. On demand hot water heater is located under the sink. Any immediate issues contact the main host on your rental app or point of contact; The other reviews are not lying about how unresponsive the local host is. Other than that, it was a quaint, Bohemian chic theme type unit. Also it's important to read the entire check-in instructions  There are multiple entry access codes, and keys. Confirm with whomever you're renting with that you have the appropriate information before you arrive. The unit needed some TLC while we were there and repairs were made. We traveled with our cat.
